You will burn fat while having fun with easy moves that will shape and sculpt you a whole new body. This workout may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles.
Not necessary to know how to swim for this shallow end class. Great range of motion exercises and strength-building moves that are beneficial as well as fun. The Wellness Center staff can help you get activated in the Activ Trax system. After your initial enrollment appointment, you will be able to print off personalized workouts to meet your goals. Members can also access the Activ Trax website for valuable resources on exercising and nutrition.

Dixie Zone Long Course Championship Meet (8/6//7/)
These orientations include instruction to use the fitness equipment safely and effectively. Youth members years old must go through this orientation before using the Wellness Center. Free of cost to families, trained mentors work to understand cultural and social development, risk factors, and offer ways to communicate and relate to youth. The goal of the program is to help youth gain positive, consistent, and nurturing relationships with adults, to build self-esteem, decision-making skills, improve school performance and make healthy interpersonal relationships.

USMS rules govern the meet. Swimmers are limited to 5 individual events per day.

Swimmers must have already been entered in the meet. Heat sheets will be published based on all entries received by Monday, August 1 at Online entry is paid by credit card to ClubAssistant. No charge for relays. Individual events will be scored eight places ; relays doubled. Ribbons will be awarded to the first through eighth place finishers. High point award for each age group must swim a minimum of five events to qualify.
All awards must be picked up from Clerk of Course at the conclusion of the last day of the meet.
